Cookie Policy
No advertising pixels. No third-party analytics. Here is how storage and tracking work on this website.
Last updated: 29 October 202601. What cookies are
Cookies are small pieces of information a website can ask your browser to store and send back with later requests. Other technologies, including local storage, pixels and fingerprinting, may also store information or identify a browser. The relevant privacy assessment depends on purpose and operation, rather than only on the technology’s name.
02. Cookies used by Spawnero
Spawnero does not set advertising, analytics or account cookies and does not use browser storage to build visitor profiles. Website images, fonts and video are delivered directly from spawnero.com. Platform names and icons identify the subjects discussed on the website; they do not activate social-media tracking or load external social-media widgets.
03. Browsing preferences
Search terms, filters and unfinished form entries support the actions you take during your visit. These choices are not stored as an advertising or analytics identifier. Reloading or leaving a page may clear them. Your browser can separately restore previously entered values or page state according to its own history, autofill and privacy settings.
04. Caching and website access
Your browser may cache images, fonts and other website files to load pages efficiently. Access to a page also involves network information such as an IP address and may produce security or diagnostic records. Caching and access records are distinct from marketing cookies or profiling. Your browser may separately keep history, autofill information and downloaded files according to your settings.
05. Consent and your choices
Spawnero does not activate optional advertising or analytics trackers. Italian Garante guidance distinguishes functions needed to provide a requested service from tracking that requires prior consent. If consent-dependent tools are introduced, you must receive clear information and an accessible choice before they run. Refusing optional tracking must be as straightforward as accepting it, and consent must be withdrawable.
06. Third-party links
Clicking a link to an external regulator, resource or email application can take you to a different service. That service may use its own storage and tracking under its own policies. The website does not preload social-media embeds or set third-party tracking merely because a platform name appears on a page. Review the destination’s information before sharing data there.
07. Managing your browser
Most browsers allow you to inspect site data, block or remove cookies, clear cached files and control autofill. These settings are usually under Privacy or Site Settings. Clearing browser data may affect other sites and saved preferences. Since this application does not rely on cookies for its public pages, blocking cookies should not prevent normal browsing or use of the contact form.
08. Future tools and changes
Any new analytics, embedded content or marketing integration requires a review of its data flows, providers, retention and transfer safeguards. This inventory must be updated before activation, together with a suitable choice mechanism where required. Consent must be withdrawable; scrolling, silence or a preselected option will not be treated as permission for optional tracking.
09. Questions and related information
For information about technical requests, form submissions and privacy rights, read the Privacy Policy. For cookie-related questions, use the contact page and state the page, browser and observation involved without sharing unique identifiers publicly. The version date below indicates when this inventory was last reviewed.
